She was born Jan. 31, 1936 in Floresville, TX, to the late Ted Cisnero Sr. and the late Isabelle (Salazar) Cisnero. . Survivors include her husband: Ausencio Blanco of LaBelle, brothers: Joe Raymond Cisnero of LaBelle and Jesse Cisnero of Houston, TX and sisters: Frances Cisnero Pena of Victoria, TX and Mary Lou Medina of LaBelle. Funeral services were held Tuesday, March 12, 2013 at Our Lady Queen Of Heaven Catholic Church, LaBelle with Father Chester Domaszewicz officiating.
