Obituary of Annie B. West

Anna B. West, age 93, of Moore Haven passed away Thursday, March 8, 2012 in Clewiston, FL. Anna was born August 27, 1918 in Lillydale, TN. She is the daughter of the late Charles A. and the late Mary L. (Cummins) Ferguson. She is survived by two daughters: Gloria Hughes (James) and Barbara Brown (Garry Culleny), son: Steve West, sisters: Gay Clarke (Blair) and Joyce Lengyl (Frank), daughter in law: Janet Thomas; eight grandchildren and four great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two husbands: Dewey H. Thomas and Pershing Mayo West and a son Richard H. Thomas. The funeral service was held 11:00 am on Monday, March 12, 2012 at New Hope Baptist Church, 1057 E. Yuan Road, Moore Haven, FL with Pastor Darryl Brannan officiating. Interment was in Joshua Creek Cemetery, Arcadia, FL. Arrangements by Akin-Davis Funeral Home - Clewiston .
