Obituary of John L Swindle

John L Swindle, age 85, of Clewiston, passed away February 15, 2018 in Clewiston. He was born May 28, 1932 in Clewiston, FL, to John L and Elizabeth F (Haven) Swindle. Mr. Swindle married Barbara Beck. He served in the United States Army for two years. He owned and operated John Swindle and Sons Dragline Company for close to thirty years. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and brother who will be missed by his entire family. John leaves behind his loving wife Barbara of Clewiston, sons; James Swindle and wife Graciela and Jeff Swindle and his wife Kelly all of Clewiston, ten grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, two brothers; Billy J. Swindle and Bobby G. Swindle, one sister-in-law; Yvonne Swindle. John was preceded in death by one son; John D. Swindle, two brothers; Calvin G. and Edward L. Swindle. Celebration of John's life will be held at in Evangel Assembly of God Church with Pastor Gary Corley officiating. Visitation will be one hour before the celebration.
