Barbara M. Kerr, age 84, of LaBelle, passed away January 26, 2018 in LaBelle. She was born March 12, 1933 in Danville, IL, to the late John T. and Marie (Engle) Flannery. Survivors include her husband: Morris Duane Kerr Sons: Stephen C. Kerr and Ronald K.
