Obituary of Gwendolyn Marie Lippincott

Gwendolyn Marie Lippincott, age 77, of Alva passed away Thursday, November 10, 2011 in LaBelle, FL. Gwendolyn was born February 14, 1934 in Osprey, FL. She is the daughter of the late Charles C. and the late Irena Blanche (Johns) Gomez. She was employed by Alva Elementary School as a Teacher's Aide for 13 years. She was a member of the Alva United Methodist Church and was a Sunday School Teacher to the nursery age children for 50 years. She is survived by her husband: Ivan Eugene Lippincott; two daughters: Charlotte Gomez-Lippincott and Donna (Dale) Kinney; three sons: Stanley Eugene (Rhonda) Lippincott, Owen Melvin (Missy) Lippincott and Daniel Brian Lippincott; one sister: Irena (James) Daniels; fifteen grandchildren and twenty-four great grandchildren. The funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 15 at Alva United Methodist Church, 21440 Pearl St, Alva, FL with Rev. Earl Daniels and Rev. Zig Bays officiating.
