Obituary of David Wayne Harrison

David "Dynamite" Wayne Harrison, Sr., age 80, of Fort Myers, passed away February 19, 2016 in Fort Myers. Dynamite was born Feb. 6, 1936 in Whigham, GA, to Earnest and Eva (Lowe) Harrison. Mr. Harrison married Corine Williams. Dynamite loved to be outdoors whether walking in the woods, camping, or riding around the Everglades. Dynamite was a plumber in his early years then later he owned and operated Harrison Brothers Powertrain in Fort Myers for many years. He will be missed his family who loved him dearly and all of his friends that he enjoyed spending time with. Dynamite leaves behind his loving wife; Corine Harrison, daughters; Cheryl Bruno and Buffi Singletary, son; David W. Harrison, Jr, brother Earnest Harrison, Jr and his wife Robin, three grandchildren. Dynamite was preceded in death by his two brothers; Dewitt and Mike Harrison. Celebration of Dynamite's life will be held at 11:00 a.m. in Crossroads Baptist Church on Friday, February 26, 2016. Visitation will be one hour before the celebration.
