David Allen Phinney, age 60, of LaBelle, passed away April 2, 2016 in LaBelle.
He was born Jan. 28, 1956 in Minneapolis, MN, to the late Lloyd Helmer and the late Yvonne (Essig) Phinney.
He is survived by his daughter, Candus, brother; Lester and sisters; Sandra, Cathleen and Shirley.
