Sister Loretta,
I just saw this and my heart sank. I'm so very sad. He was the kindest of men. A real man of God and just a Blessing to know ! I know there are no words to help you with this loss, but I pray God wraps you and your family in his arms and brings comfort to your soul. He is rejoicing with the angles and talking to people he has missed. Till we All meet again in the sweet by and by.

I will always remember his gentle kindness and wisdom. I always looked to him, as all of the Simpson/Dezarn family, as part of my own family. When ever I was around "Papa" Tolman, he treated me just as much like a grandson as his own grandchildren. Heaven has welcomed home a great soul. He will always be remembered. We have all been greatly blessed just to know him. You will all be kept in our thoughts and prayers.
God bless
Tom Gerth

Everyone loved Toleman !!! He made me feel so special....and my family. Last time I was down He was standing in the back of the church and motioned me over....he had to tell me what a wonderful family I had, how he loved my boys and that sweet Anne.....
.....He seemed to always have a smile.... I had the privilege to go over to the house and hear him play the fiddle and tell me stories of how he got his first fiddle....
You could tell.... " just from the look in his eyes " how deeply in love he was with Ms Loretta, I know he will be missed terribly, but I am sure he is playing that fiddle, singing, and possibly,.....yep...I believe he's doing a jig. Heaven's sounding sweeter all the time.
oh what wonderful memories, what a man, what a life, what a legacy !
love you all dearly, sending hugs and prayers your way for the days ahead.
Hugs & Kisses,
Brian & Marti O'Callaghan

Toleman is one of a kind!! I always enjoy talking to him, and hearing the stories he would tell of Kentucky, or the military, or stories of his love "Lo-retta". I don't ever recall a time that he didn't have a smile on his face! What a precious man he is, and I am grateful I had the opportunity to meet him and attend church with him. We celebrate his life and the legacy he leaves behind for us all!
Know that our prayers are with Sis. Loretta, Linda, Dan, and the extended family during this time of great loss. May the peace of God surround you all, and carry you through this difficult time.
We rejoice that Toleman is now in the presence of God, the angels, and loved ones who have already made their destination in Heaven!! He has made it to where we are trying to get to!
We love the Dezarn family and are very grateful for you all. God bless....Adam
