Obituary of Thomas F. Adams

Thomas F. Adams ( 1932- 2013 ) Thomas Adams , 81 of Amherstburg passed away suddenly on December 16, 2013 in Fort Myers, FL He was born March 21, 1932 in Fraser Michigan. Tom was married to Evon ( Shearer ) for 55 years predeceased by his parents Frank (1971 ) Antoinette (1997 ) sister Evelyn (1997 ) brother Frank ( 2011 ) Survived by his brother Mike Adams, his son David Adams and wife Anna ( DiPierdomenico) and his daughters, Jeanene, Annette & Nanette Adams and his grandchildren Nathan, Philip, Adam, Ashley, Grace and Eve Tom was a proud Korean War Veteran. He was an Automotive Engineer and worked for GM Cadillac Division before starting his own business Adams Trans-Aid in Detroit, Michigan. Tom was a lifelong Inventor and innovator and held several US and Canadian Patents. He was a Member of the Edison Inventors Association in Fort Myers, FL and was known as "InventrTom" by his friends and peers A Memorial Service was held Friday December 20, 2013 at St Vincent de Paul Church in Fort Myers, FL A Memorial Service is planned Mid-Summer in his summer hometown of Amherstburg, Ontario
