Dennis Charles Howard, age 75, of Palmdale, passed away September 14, 2018 in Palmdale. He was born Aug. 1, 1943 in Des Moines, IA, to the late Gilbert and Winifred (Locke) Howard. Survivors include significant other: Carolyn Lowe; three sons: Matthew Howard, Joshua Howard and Raymond Lowe; three daughters: Gail Howard, Beverly Heeb and Wendi Krizinofski; two brothers: Gary Howard and Marvin Howard; one sister: Linda Johnson;13 grandchildren and 6 great- grandchildren.
