Obituary of Rita Ellen Carter

Rita Ellen Carter, age 81, of Moore Haven, passed away August 27, 2018 in Lehigh Acres. She was born Feb. 18, 1937 in Flint, MI, to the late Thomas E. and the late Lena O. (Spillman) Carter. Survivors include three sons: Stephen Safford, Craig Safford and Jeff Safford, and one daughter: Jody Saddler, five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
