He was born June 17, 1936 in Poplar Bluffs, Missouri the son of the late Charlie and the late Effie Mae (Woods) Tull. Mr. Tull married Wanda Mills April 1981; she survives He was a Lock Master for the United State Army Corps of Engineers retiring in June 2001. Survivors include his wife: Wanda (Mills) Tull and one son: Edison Tull of Clewiston, FL and two sisters: Olive White, Barbara Watson, Step-Children Eugene Fullard, Kenneth Fullard, Ricky Fullard, Roxanne Lawson, eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Funeral services were held at 2 P.M. Sunday January 31, 2010 in Akin-Davis Funeral Home, where visitation was held on Saturday from 6-8 P.M. with Rev Troy Ezell officiating.
