Obituary of Mary Frances Smith

Mary Frances Smith-Collins, age 96, of LaBelle, passed away July 21, 2022 in LaBelle.

She was born Mar. 24, 1926 in Huntington, WV, to the late Harry H. and the late Tennie Brooks (Hutchison) Hancock. Mary Frances was a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great-great grandmother, sister and friend to all who knew and loved her. She will be dearly missed by her entire family and family friends.

Mary Frances leaves behind fond memories her children; Mary Smith Wilhelm (Chuck) of LaBelle, Vivian Kaye Patterson (Harry) of North Carolina, and Timothy Carlton Smith (Terri) of Moore Haven, Florida along with sixteen grandchildren, twenty-six great grandchildren and twelve grandchildren.

Mary Frances was preceded in death by her loving husband, son; Thomas Anderson Smith, brothers; William Hancock and Harry E. Hancock and sister; Dorothy Acres.
