He was born July 8, 1948 in Scottsboro, AL, to the late Thomas Ben and Violet Lynnette (Smith) Millican. 

 

He was a Missionary.

 

Survivors include his wife: Belinda (Abal) Millican

 

son:  Msgt. Thomas Charles Millican

 

 daughter:Lauri Gayle Ford

 

one sister: Gayle Thiel

Interment will be in Pisgah Cemetery, Pisgah, AL.
