He was born in Kynesville, October 3, 1933. He attended Millville Elementary and Bay High School. He was always a hard working business owner and was a loving and caring husband to his wife, Rosie, until her death in 1996. He was also preceded in death by his mother, Mozelle Davis; his father, T.R. Davis; sister, Peggy Ann Davis; sister-in-law, Melba Davis; and a nephew, Ward Facer. He is survived by his daughter, Brenda Brock (Ken) of Panama City; his son, Carl Michael Davis (Dianne) of LaBelle; four grandchildren, Michael, Dusty, Kimberly and Ginger; four great-grandchildren; brothers, Donald Allen Davis of LaBelle and Daniel Wayne Davis of Panama City; sister, Carolyn Sue Davis of Panama City; seven nieces; two nephews; and numerous cousins and friends. Graveside services were 11 a.m. Tuesday, January 12, 2010, at Kynesville Cemetery, Kynesville.
