Obituary for: Betty Lou Williams Betty Lou Williams of Clewiston, Florida passed away at J.F.K. Medical Center on August 3, 2010 after a brief serious illness. Mrs. Williams was born on January 25, 1942 in Miami, Florida the daughter of Debbs E. and Muriel E. Walker Collier. She was married to George C. Williams. She was a loving wife, mother, sister and grandmother. She left behind a legacy of wonderful memories her family and friends can cherish. She is survived by her sons; George Charles Williams, Jr and Darrell Leon Williams, daughter; Linda Williams and her grandchildren; Darrell L. Williams, Jr, George C. Williams, III, Ashton N. Williams, Zachary L. Williams and her sister; Sharon of North Carolina. Mrs. Williams moved to the Clewiston area in 1988. She loved animals, working in the yard and creating arts and crafts. She encouraged and never gave up on those she believed in and was always there to lend a helping hand. She was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, George C. Williams, on June 5, 2010.
