Obituary of Paul James Cardin

Paul James Cardin, age 79, of Clewiston died Saturday, July 9, 2011 at home in Clewiston. Paul was born July 15, 1931 in Englewood, TN. He is the son of the late Stanley and the late Mamie (Bradley) Cardin. He married Ruth Davenport; she preceded him in death on December 10, 2009. He retired from Evercane Sugar Refinery in 1993 as a supervisor. He attended Calvary Baptist Church of Clewiston. He is survived by his one daughter: Cheryl (Joe) Chevalier Brother of two sisters: Bonnie Graves, Anita Wood and one brother: Tommy Joe Cardin; he also has 4 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren. Granddaughter, Jennifer (Jack) Belcher; Grandson, Joe (Valerie) Chevalier, II; Grandson, Dexter (Leighanne) Chevalier; Granddaughter, Danyelle Chevalier; Great Grandson, Jackson Belcher; Great Granddaughter, Madison Ann Belcher; Great Grandson, Joe Chevalier, III; Great Grandson, Dexter Alexander Chevalier, Jr. Paul was preceded in death by his brothers; Lee and Bill Cardin and sister Ruth Cardin Mills. Funeral Services will be Wednesday 11 am in Calvary Baptist Church, 1075 Davidson Road, Clewiston, Florida where Rev. David McClusky will officiate. Visitation will be one hour before services.
